There's something a little off about the angle of the chin, I think, but I like your arm structure.

I like the composition alot, normally Im not big on hacking off figures at the waist, but I think its very well done here. I like the shape that the body with the wings makes as well. I'm diggin the flesh tones, as well as the brushy look you achieved. As said above, arm structure is good. Someone also mentioned the chin... it might be off, but its not bothering me.
I think the angel wings are well done, but I think the demon wing lacks a little structure. It looks like its made of cloth and has no bones in it. Maybe some sharper edges of color where the wing bones would be would get rid of this effect. I'm not so big on his hand on his shoulder, I'm not sure why just an opinion- for what thats worth
